Tres Hombres Mexican Restaurant and Cantina 40th Anniversary Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Overview

Tres Hombres Mexican Restaurant and Cantina ("we", "our", "us") is excited to celebrate our 40th Anniversary with a special giveaway. By participating, entrants ("you", "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Prizes

• Grand Prize: SolVida GrandSol - CANYON Paddle Board and SolVida Dryft Box (Cooler) valued at $1,150.00.
• Other Prizes: (2) $50 gift cards, (3) $25 gift cards, (10) Tres Hombres T-shirts.

How to Enter

1. Social Media Entry: Follow us on Facebook or Instagram. Post a past or recent photo of yourself at our restaurant and tag us. Use the hashtag #TresHombres40. Alternatively, you may post a memory of an experience you’ve had with Tres Hombres over the last 40 years and tag us with the hashtag #TresHombres40. Must be following us to win if you choose this method of entry.
2. Website Entry: If you do not have social media, submit a memory on our website. Agree that we can share your memory via our marketing channels, using only your first name and last initial.

Entry Limitations

• Only one entry per person.
• Must be a resident of Utah.
• Must be aged 18 or older.

Drawing and Winner Notification

• Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
• Drawings will occur within 7 days after the end of the giveaway period.
• Winners will be notified via the platform through which they entered (social media or email for website entries).
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the organizers.

Prize Collection

• Prizes must be picked up in person at Tres Hombres Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, located at 3298 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84106.
• If the winner requests shipping, they must cover the shipping costs.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

Giveaway Period

• The giveaway begins on June 20, 2024, and ends on August 31, 2024.

Additional Terms

• By participating, you agree to allow Tres Hombres Mexican Restaurant and Cantina to use your entry content (photos, memories, etc.) for marketing purposes.
• We will not use full names for shared content; only first names and last initials will be used.
• Tres Hombres Mexican Restaurant and Cantina reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by the organizers in their sole discretion.
• The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah, and any disputes relating to the promotion or these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah.
• No Purchase Necessary: people may take a photo of themselves outside of Tres Hombres and post to their social media accounts following the requirements described. Entrants are not required to have dined at Tres Hombres. 

Eligibility

• This giveaway is open only to residents of Utah aged 18 and older.
• Employees of Tres Hombres Mexican Restaurant and Cantina and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
