The Tres Hombres chefs have been mixing and matching and testing different varieties of dishes this year to fill up the tummies of our wonderful customers.
Every Friday-Sunday we put out a few different “Weekend Specials” to try some things out and see what gets everyone’s taste buds going. We have seen a strong demand for three of our staff’s secret in-house favorites – Queso Dip with house made chips, Enchiladas Suizas, and the best crab flautas ever. We listened to you and decided to put them on the menu – permanently.
So if you are ready to go away from your favorite usual Tres Hombres entree – take a look at these:
Enchiladas Suizas: Three corn chicken enchiladas topped with creamy chipotle cheese sauce, mexican crema, avocado slices, green onions and queso fresco.
Queso Dip: Melted white mexican cheese with roasted chiles, served with blue corn ships.
Crab Flautas: Deep fried rolled flour tacos, fresh crab, served with guacamole, sour cream and roasted salsa.
